| 940 B200FT boost problem. | 14 Jan 2006 00:11 GMT | 3 |
Hi. I have upped the boost on my turbo now sometimes I get a 'kick' like taking your foot off and on the throttle. I believe this is caused by the 'boost control switch' shutting down the fuel pump.

| s-40 hard starting | 13 Jan 2006 13:54 GMT | 3 |
I have a Volvo s-40. It takes 5-10 seconds to turn over. 1.9 lite turbo. Also, how do you change the plastic snap on fitting on one end of the fuel filter without breaking it? I think the filter may be the starting problem but cant figure out how to get that one end off of it.

| recommended rpm | 13 Jan 2006 12:27 GMT | 15 |
Can one do damage driving at low rpm's? My wife likes to drive our 86 740 turbo at sub 2000 rpm in OD, I suspect using the turbo to compensate. It bugs me, but can it really do harm? It's a second hand car, so I don't have a manual.

| 240 rear sag: bushes or springs? | 13 Jan 2006 08:14 GMT | 5 |
The back end of my 240 estate is sagging quite badly. It's covered 160,000 miles and has towed a horse trailer for a few years of its life. How can I tell if the bushes or the springs are bad? The bushes don't look easy to get at or I'd just do those and see if makes a difference.

| 89 240 Brake Lights | 12 Jan 2006 14:21 GMT | 2 |
Day after tomorrow I have to get into why my 89 240 doesn't have brake lights. Is there a source relay like the headlights have (the one behind the brake pedal)? Or is this likely a fuse or the switch itself? Thanks for the help ahead of time.
