Just bought an '85 245 DL for $470, a project car for the eventual use

Engine, transmission, suspension, body are sound, lots of niggling

B230F 8-valve .020 main engine bearings are non-existent, according to
FCP Groton. I checked IPD, and a dozen other stores. Looks like I may

This is my first post to an auto group because it's only recently that

Have 12,500 miles on a 2005 XC90 V8.  Lately notice a light howling,

the accelerator can't be depressed (seems to be stuck - but it's not).

I just got a 20V 850 Wagon (70k miles) towed it home and it won't
start...seems that there is lots of fuel at rail but I don't see a lot
on plugs.  The plugs were heavily fouled with black crud when I first
pulled them.  There is good spark.  I supect the injectors are not
