| Removing the CEM | 20 Mar 2006 03:41 GMT | 3 |
Anything I should know about regarding the removal of the CEM in a 2006 Volvo XC90? I understand the battery has to be disconnected and the vehicle has to sit for at least 15 minutes before disconnecting anything else.

I've got a 1992 240 sedan and I'm trying to change the rear brakes. Initially they were rusted to the hub (the rotor wouldn't even wiggle when I tried to pull it off). I let them soak in PB Blaster and hit them with a hammer, and now they'll slide back and forth about .5 mm

| Volvo 240 Rear Light lense | 18 Mar 2006 03:23 GMT | 7 |
I got into a reverse accident this morning. The main thing damaged in my faithful 240 (1990 model) was the rear light glass. The Main rear brake light glass and the white plate glass are broken. The body metal area looks slightly creased. But doesn't seem to be any serious ...

| Hard starting 1992 245 | 18 Mar 2006 00:11 GMT | 4 |
I've got a 92 245 that starts hard or not at all when it's humid. I've replaced the cap, coil, wires and plugs (checked the gap too), but not the rotor. It makes an orange spark, even when it's humid and I pull a plug a plug and ground it while someone cranks.

| good years for s40 | 17 Mar 2006 20:42 GMT | 7 |
I've driven Volvos since they were 140's, but my daughter wants to upgrade from her 850 to an s40 but I don't know much about them except that some had Mitsubishi engines and at some point they started making them with "stronger" steel.

I have always been a fan of continental rubber, but I am always open to other peoples views. I want to replace all 4 tyres on my newly acquired V70 2.5 10v here in the UK.
