I recently bought an '89 240 wagon with 230,000 miles on it.  It has a
little rust on the inside of the doors and under, but not much visible.

My '01 V70 XC has a great cruise control unit, but sometimes when, after
turning on the cruise control control but before setting the speed, the
unit will trip off when you touch the set control (the "+" switch).  
Then the cruise control cannot be turned back on with the cruise ...

Does anyone know what the message "Bulb failure Position light" means?
Can it be fixed without bringing the car to a dealer?

Hi akk, wonder if anyone can help with an auto transmission problem on a '94

I hae a '92 240 auto. It has a serious problem that I think is the
transmission. When I was driving it suddenly lost any power as if it had
slipped out of gear. The engine continued as normal but we were not going
anywhere. I managed to park and after resting for a while it ...

Just returned from an evening out and now the car won't lock with the remote
keyfob. Tried the spare and that doesn't work either.
