| Question about valve clearances on a B230F | 21 Jun 2006 03:03 GMT | 3 |
So today I pulled the valve cover and measured the valve clearances. I must say I'm surprised and wanted to run some things past you all. I started from #1 cylinder at TDC and worked backwards. Using bent feeler gauges I measured all valves from cylinders 1-3 at .508 mm -

I just purchased this car knowing the check engine light was on. I took the risk knowing it could be a problem but the price was right. When diagnosed : EF1448 - air pump flow too low and EF1442 - Flow malfunction.

Does anyone know the maximum depth speaker than can be mounted in the upper part of the front doors of a 1990 240? As far as I can tell from surfing around the internet, the maximum depth seems to be 1 7/8" but I am not sure.

| Thinking About Selling '88 240 - Upstate NY | 20 Jun 2006 20:01 GMT | 3 |

The black plastic hinge on the petrol cap cover on my S60 has shattered, and the door will no longer stay in place. Until I have time to get this checked out, are there any generic lockable petrol caps that I could use to replace the non-lockable one

Howdy folks, Yesterday I tried to find the cause of my speedometer issue. It has a mind of its own. Usually only kicks in after driving down the highway at speed for a short while.

| 2006 S60 2.5T MPG | 18 Jun 2006 17:23 GMT | 14 |
My new Volvo is only on the second tank but I'm barely getting 22MPG with 75% hwy and the rest city. Does the engine have to break in first or is this about right? I drive about 72MPH on the highway. Thanks in advance
