Anyone know (have for sale) a Haynes manual for the V70, March 1997 Diesel
engine (TDS SE ) model ?
I cant see one at Halfrauds - perhaps they didn't do one for the diesel
versions ?

Hi, I contacted this board a few weeks back on a couple of 240
purchases I was thinking of. Well I've finally made the leap and bought
a 1988 240 with stick (which is what I was looking for) for my

Today's second accomplishment on the old 740 was getting the windshield
washer pump to work. The wires to the water level indicator were shot,
the wires from the indicator were shot, the power supply wires to the
washer fluid motor were shot -- the ground wires were even shot!

The temperature gauge on my 1990 GLE 16 Valve doesn't work and I'd like
to check both the sensor and the gauge itself.
I was told that the sensor is on the left (drivers) side, below the
intake manifold. The trouble for me is that there are two electrical

I have a 2004 S60 2.5T with the autostick (geartronic) transmission. In
the automatic mode, the shift from 2-3rd gear hestiates and then hard

A stray traffic cone hit at high speed ripped the airdam off my 1990
740.  Should I bother replacing it?  It looks like the holes in the
driver's side of the bumper cover are ripped out, too, so those would
need to be repaired, if that's even possible.

I want to switch my volvo S60 from a auto transmission to a 5speed
manual...does anyone know how hard that is? And also what kind of price
would I be looking at?
