I know this is old stuff, but I would like some input (hopefully informed)
on current thinking, now that gas prices have skyrocketed and there is a
real financial significance that just didn't exist "in the olden days".
Here in British Columbia, Canada we are paying $1.17/litre in ...

started but ran rough. I replaced the plugs, wires, and the sensor on
the back of the bell housing. It ran better but I still want to change

Looking for ideas on this one. Simuteanously (or even at the same time)
heated seats, heater blower, AC, recirculation switch and heated rear
window - ie. all the buttons above the radio have gone off. The indicator
lights don't light and the switches are not functioning.
87 745 grill under cowl question.05 Apr 2007 19:46 GMT4
You have the big one over the slotted opening in the cowl, got that.
If you remove the cowl on the pass side you have the big opening for
the air intake.
When I pulled my cowl off, there was a grill the size of that opening

Sad - love rowing the gears in the T5 .

We just had the 30K service on our '05 XC90, but the dealer apparently
failed to disengage the service light which has just now kicked in.
The dealer is 60 miles away, so if anyone can tell me how to disengage the
service light (it's a computer message as well as an amber light on ...

1987 Volvo 740 GLE. I was told to check a main fuse under the hood.
Where would this be?  Specifically, one related to the fuel pump.
Possibly 25amp. By the battery? What does it look like?
Thanks!

87 745 brake fluid on top of master cylinder?05 Apr 2007 13:08 GMT3
I put a booster on my 87 turbo wagon the other day, it was obviously
dead.
I adjusted the piston to match the protrusion out of the original
booster, so in theory that's correct.
