I've purchased a 97 850 automatic with 114k, through a mechanic who I
feel was trustworthy and knowledgeable.  He was selling it for a
client and did the maintenance on the car since new.
He put a new air pump on the car from Volvo prior to the sale, but

Volvo 850 - increase driver's leg room08 Sep 2007 09:53 GMT1
My brother is looking at trading his 240 for an 850, but the driver's leg
room is too short for his long-legged 6'6" height.  Has anyone successfully
attempted a do-it-yourself simple modification to slide the 850 driver's
seat back just 2" more?

Purchasing Newer V7007 Sep 2007 10:51 GMT3
Hello.  I am in the market for a 2002 or newer V70, and was wondering

model years and/or specs that may be better or worse than others.  I
bought a used S70 in 2000 that ended up having 85% compression loss in
V50 vs. V70 wagon06 Sep 2007 20:36 GMT13
