OK folks, I've read here and other sites about the traditional turbo line oil leak these S70's develop and I'm pretty sure my wife's car has the same issue. Now my question: is it worth fixing? Is that a DIY job Personal

Ok I have a 1977 Volvo 244. Its been overheating for a long time and we got a used water pump and put it in and that didnt seem to help so we took the thermostat out and that seemed to help it would overheat a littl but no where near as bad as it did when the thermostat was in.

It's winter season here now (hurray, snow driving!) and I have a full set of 15" steelies with new snows left over from my 240. My 1995 850GLE has 16" rims and it *is* a bit lowered. Other than clearance can anyone think of why I might choose not to put these rims/tires on

I replaced the coolant sensor in my overflow tank (simple deal -- just snaps in) but the coolant level warning light is still on. I disconnected the battery as well. Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I have a pecuilar problem that I cannot seem to solve. I rebuilt a B23F from the pickandpull, to replace a tapping B27F. Now oil leaks onto the front exhaust pipe and starts smoking out the cabin. After 10.000 miles and two valve adjustments I cannot solve a leak ...

Have a 1998. XC 70 station wagon. Mechanic says pump is bad. Vehicle runs ok, when first started, but is very hard to start once stopped. How envolved is putting a new one in? Thanks for any help.

All new Volvo V70 and XC70 are due for a recall. The Side Impact System has a fault. This goes for all 18.000 sold cars worldwide. At the same time I hear, Volvo drops the models S40 and V50.

What antifreeze should I put into this thing? AIUI, they're somewhat fussy (the 2.5l aluminium straight-6) and the earlier 3l had an infamously poor reputation for block leak problems, whether caused by poor castings or by incorrect antifreeze.
