RE: 2000 C70 Convertible - Turbo w/2.3. Tranny went, 51,000 miles... Original part# 1208941. Supposedly, part # 1208865 is interchangeable - and we are having problems...check engine/ arrow light blinks...

I got stuck in the snow last Friday and now the car doesn't go in the fifth gear. I know on a previous '91 240, the relay/switch had burned (the dealer changed it). So I guess it could be the same thing and I would like to do it myself.

My wifes 1988 740 turbo just stops I fiddled with the air mixture control cleaned it and the throttle body. Cleaned all most all electrics with dialectric grease .Opened connections and made sure they are tight but still it stalls when it wants to .It seems better for a while ...

still very cold here. Attempted to jump start. Actually got the car to start, twice, but again the engine killed. I don't know what is happening. It could be the battery, the alternator, the starter, something else! MAny things at once.
