1998 S70 T5 and I've replaced the MAF sensor with a part from another

Hello all, I have a problem with our 2002 V70, it keeps blowing the
front washer pump fuse... I only tested two but I assume I can keep
going. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this and what I can
check/do to fix it ?

Now replaced bulbs in center console behind the three buttons for

The blower was only running on highest speed when that gave out (in a
snowstorm at -25C)...fortunately by cracking the sunroof  I was able
