Since gasoline prices have sky rocketed the number of ACVWs that are on the road now? Maybe it's just me but everyday I see more VWs out and about that aren't local club members. They must have been garaged are hidden in a barn or something. Oh well

I removed the air filter and I delivered it to an ACVW guru. He worked on a VW dealer for more then 20 years as mechanic chief. He putted the air filter in a liquid for 24 hours and cleaned it. A lot of dirt comes out of the top part of the filter. The paint got a lot of bubbles. ...

I have no Uph. experience, however very Mech inclined. are they difficult, I'll buy the tools, providing I'm able to do the job. Are the kits for front and back sets like some of the tins you can get for the motors, adjusting here adjusting there, to make the damn thing

not long ago I replaced the fanshroud and sand cleaned it and painted it. then I noticed that my thermostat connecting rod is mising and also that the cooling flaps are stuck. I fixed them so they can move but they are not attached to the Tstat. since it should be open if your
