69 semi auto tranny is makeing a heavy tapping sound, like a very
loose rocker.
It runs good but sounds bad and seems to be worse when in reverse.
Any help would be appreciated

Was out working on the '66 today and was checking the fit on the new
trans...  wow its amazing working with all brand new stuff... its not all
caked up with grease!!!!

Can someone direct me to a source on how to install the rubber around the
vent windows on a 69 Bug?  
It looks like the window frame (the chrome part that moves) needs to be
removed and reinstalled with new rivets in order to get the rubber piece in

I finally got all the loose ends tied down, and with new wheels on the
car and the engine finally idling properly, I reinstalled the driver's
