i have a 98 mk3 golf gltdi, i'm after any advice on what or how to change the rear drums to discs? is it worth it, costs, where can i get the conversion bits etc. also looking at changing the original wheel & tyres for new alloys, bigger size wheels. was thinking of possibly 16inch. ...

So far, looking around at a variety of A2 Jettas and Jetta GLs, the only difference I've been able to spot is that the couple of GLs I've seen had automatic seat belts. Or is the automatic seat belt due to the model year and not because it's a GL ? What other differences were there ...

I am thinking of buying a 1988 GTI. It has 80000 original miles. It has a new clutch, exhaust, axles, plugs, plugwires and filters. The body is in good shape as is the interior. I basically want a car I can get decent mileage out of and would like something that won't cost
