My Horn gave up the ghost today..... So I went to Canadian Tire tonight to get a horn for my Jetta, and ended up buying the wrong one...it's a resonating horn, which sounds like something that would be appropriate for a 1955 Beetle...really wussy sound.

| Remote-Control Key for 2001 Jetta | 23 May 2004 05:09 GMT | 5 |
I suspect the battery in my Jetta's remote control key is getting weak. It loses its memory now and then. And the car does not acknowledge a secured state with a beep, though the light do blink. The Manual suggests I take it to a VW dealer to replace the battery for me.

I have an old 82 VW diesel engine that won't start. It had been sitting for approximately 15 months. It seems to be a fuel problem. I've replaced the fuel lines at the tank as they were leaking thinking the system might be sucking air in. Did not solve the problem. Tried bleeding ...

I've been looking at the Jetta TDI for a while now, but after sitting in one (at 6'1"), especially at the back, I realized that I would probably have to upgrade in 8-10 years. So I looked at the next step up, the Passat GLS with TDI Engine. The problem is, it comes with a ...
