Ihave this funny noise sort of a whistly whine quite high pitched seems
to be from the front passenger side of the car belt drive side It kicks
in around 2700 revs and usually dissapears around 3200 although lately
it just gets quieter but is still there after 3200 Could this be ...

She wacked my drivers side mirror off!!!  I am very lucky that's all the
damage I have.  The whole assembly is gone.  The wires are hanging and the

My 96 Golf, automatic transmission, will not turn over - I believe

I am a new VW 02 Passat owner and i have that engine picture (light)
on my dash, nothing seems wrong with the car, runs as it normally
does, is this serious? Can it be something with transmission fluid?
How do i check that as i dont believe there’s a dipstick.

I know that Mk2 Golfs came with 120, 140, and 160mph clocks.  I also
know that the 160mph was fitted to the Mk2 16V.  Does anybody know
whether the 120 or 140 was fitted to the Mk2 8v GTi?  It's a 1988 if
that makes any difference

I just bought an 89 Jetta GL for 200$ the Body was solid and it
started up. It did however have a bolt broken where the Upper Radiator
hose left the engine. It had a small coolant leak here. The car had
heat at this time.
