I have a polo 1 litre the other day I drove about 100 mile all-round on my
way home the car lost power - I stopped on the hard shoulder (for a while)
then I drove home, the car appeared to have lost 50 percentish of its power,

The VW North America web site lists the 2.5 as the only available engine in
the new Golf, again called Rabbit in the US like the A1 Golf.  Does anyone
know when this car will be available with the TDI?
