Power Steering Rack Replacement22 Aug 2006 20:47 GMT2
I have 1992 Jetta (1.8L,Gas, 5 speed) with power steering and am trying
to replace the steering rack.  I have disconnected everything and am
able to slide it back and forth  but am unable to remove it from the
car.  Can anyone tell me what else must be done in order to remove it.

Could some kind person have a look at the track rod ends on the 90spec
non-PAS Mk2 Golf GTi **16v** that they own and see whether or not they are
adjustable at both ends please!  You can tell if they are because there will
be a locknut next to the track rod end.

Hi i bought a golf gti off someone who changed the engine, it turns over fine
and has signs of a spark from all four leads, not firing at all though,
changed the leads and disi cap + rotor arm still not starting!!!

Alright so i have a 1982 rabbit convertible
when i first purchased it only a few lights would turn on, so i cleaned
all the plugs in the fusebox and the ends that connect to the blubs and
got most of them working.

Hello, my VW Vento (M reg, 1.8 petrol) is overheating badly, up to 120C
after 5 mins with the warning light flashing and steam pouring out of the
header tank!
It starts okay so I'm thinking that the head gasket is okay.
