I have a seatbelt question. The belts in my '94 Jetta are those connected to the door, totally bad idea type. Has anyone ever ripped these out and replaced them with normal belts? Any suggestion are greatly appreciated. Jim

I have big problems with my scirrocco. I read a minute ago about the strange iddling i suffer from the same problem and its fine once the car has been run and the engine is warm. The main problem to which i cant seem to find a cure is my temperature gauge and fuel gauge are not

I just purchased a 1996 Jetta GLS that is throwing a P0501 (Vehicle Sensor A - Range/Performace) code. It starts cold perfectly and runs for a while without problems. After it warms up, it will stall at idle, or low rpm if not under load.

I was changing the valve cover gasket on my 90 Carat digifant and when replacing the ECV into the valve cover, I noticed a few drops of water starting to drip out of the ECV (and into the engine...)

could anyone please help me? I have a 2001 VW Bora tdi 130bhp and i can be driving and lose my turbo power completely and becomes very sluggish and drives like a normally asparated car. I pull over switch off engine re start it and i have full power back and turbo works fine?
