the bonnet releas on my golf has decided it doesnt want to work anymore
(the bugger), can anyone tell me how to get the bonnet open to fix it

I have a seatbelt question. The belts in my '94 Jetta are those connected to
the door, totally bad idea type. Has anyone ever ripped these out and
replaced them with normal belts? Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

I just purchased a 1996 Jetta GLS that is throwing a P0501 (Vehicle
Sensor A - Range/Performace) code.
It starts cold perfectly and runs for a while without problems.  After
it warms up, it will stall at idle, or low rpm if not under load.
