Hi, I've just seen a 2003 golf tdi 130 that i like and it's at a good
price but it has a stamp missing in the service book for the 30000
service, but had all others. Most recent was the 40k.
The previous owners probably had it done somewhere else but I can't
06 Jetta 2.0T test drive.  Anything special to look for.02 Dec 2006 17:54 GMT4
Hello to all again.  I'm the guy with the 94 Jetta GLS that posted a
month or so ago with the manual tranny issue.  Rather than fix the car
and keep driving her I think I might look at something new to drive.
Dealer here in town (Luther Westside in Minneapolis) has a ton of VW

Ok, going to sound like the stupid questions of the week, but figured
someone out there might have had something similar or some good advice.

The starter died on my 78 VW Rabbit Diesel.
I replaced the bad starter with a rebuilt Autolite starter.  When I
engaged the starter, the starter motor spun, but did not make contact
with the flywheel to turn the engine over.  I replaced that starter

Stiff clutch01 Dec 2006 18:36 GMT7
Have a 96 Golf MK3 with very stiff clutch.
New cable and clutch kit installed <6,000 miles ago.
No 'freeplay' when you first depress.
Feel a patch of friction ~2/3 down.
91 VW CABRIOLET 1.8L01 Dec 2006 15:38 GMT7
Hi everybody, I've got a dilema.
I've got a 91 VW Cabriolet. Here's the problem. Recently the car would
die randomly after warm up and a short/long run. After the car dies, I
have to let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and if I'm lucky, it will
'02 Passat electrical01 Dec 2006 13:20 GMT1
Three questions:
My background light on the HVAC dials did not work. However, the A/C switch

light came back on.   1.8T, manual GLS
95 Jetta Center Vent removal - how to?01 Dec 2006 04:32 GMT1
The "left/right" vent control in my center vent console fell back into
the inside of the vent housing. Can I remove just the vent or do I need
to remove the entire housing? How do I remove just the center left vent?
