The dipped headlight bulb on my Mk 4 golf has failed. Left hand side as you
sit in the car. It seems to me that it is not a simple job, can someone who
has done it give me some idea of the best way to do it please.

Ok I have an 82 rabbit diesel with an orginal engine. I was driving up
to syracuse yesterday and noticed the oil light flickering. So I
stopped and looked and found copious amounts of oil flowing out of the
vacuum pump that supports the brake booster.
