My Polo 2004 starts to lights one yellow led.. maybe it says I have to
change the oil.

A friend wants me to change the fluid in his automatic transmission
for him.  He has a 2003 Golf.  I have the shop manual up until 1999
and it says that you need a vacuum pump to get the fluid out since
there is no drain plug.

i have a 2003 Jetta TDI with 83,000 miles. i was driving the other
night and both headlights went out but the high beams still worked and
the dash lights and tails were still on. so i pulled over and checked
the wiring harness to both lights and didn't find them to be loose.

I need a new starter, but I'm not sure which one to buy. On the yellow
sticker under the hood, it says engine type 1.8V6FAAX .
I assume this is 1.8L, but there still seem to be a couple of options with
respect to kilowatts.

I just bought a 1989 16V Jetta which ran fine when it was dropped off.
I left the car for a week and when I went to restart it, it wouldn't
start. Turned over fine and had spark. I checked the grounds, fuel

I know how to change brake fluid with older standard cars.
But mine golf has ABS. Can I change the brake fluid like I do with

1992 Jetta Turbo Diesel, recently has started having problems starting in
the morning. It is parked in a garage overnight. The overnight temperature
has been in the range of 0C to -7C.
Symptoms are: I turn the ignition, cold start lever out, glow plug indicator

I find that the tow electrics only work when the ignition key is in

Hi there, I need you help again. I have a 1989 Fox that won't
start. I replaced the starter, and still no dice. When you
turn the key, you hear a single faint click in the starter area.
Just like before I replaced the starter. Battery is OK, because
