When I accelerate the turbo seems to cut out at about 3000rpm and there is a huge loss of power from then on. The fault seems to correct itself when I switch off and leave it for a time. Real pain this loss of power as it comes in handy when having to overtake.

Anyone have any tips for me being a new Jetta TDI owner? I am at 23,000 miles right now. I thought I read somewhere that the timing belt can be a big issue...do I just have it changed when maintenance schedule says, or should I do it before? Any advice is appreciated

My Jetta brake lines have rotted through and leak brake fluid. It is parked until I can replace them all. I found a nice set of rear lines and a new brake proportioning valve (mine was a ball of rust!) but I am having problems locating the lines from the master brake cylinder

I have a 1994 vw jetta need help with distributor install where should the rotor be pointing? Building up fuel in the cylinders and blowing out exhaust. All timing marks are where they're supposed 2 be according to the telltale manual. 2.0 8 valve eng. please help!@!!!!!!
