my 1998 passat tdi loses coolant every 2 days or so . there are no leaks and no oil in the coolant. every time i take the expansion cap off to top the coolant up , there is pressure there , even when the engine is cold. i have removed the thermostat , checked the water pump

I found the timing marks on the flywheel. I found the marks on the cam. I don’t understand where the marks on the cam should line up. And i can’t find anything for timing the inj. pump. Please help me.

Need a 027-109-111H sprocket now! Will fit either engine and the one I have has a broken "key". I will be calling my local dealer tomorrow and hitting my Junk-Yards too! If you are close to Chicago, that is even better! I can pick it up! ;-)

Let me preface this with the statement that there are no oil leaks. The car is parked in a garage with a painted garage floor 23.5 hours every day, and there isn't a drop of oil on the floor. A dealer inspection also indicated this was oil consumption and not an oil leak.
