Hello again ....
I have a new problem with my daughter's 96 Jetta.
She returned last evening from school and the car sat for 1.5 hours
until she tried to start it up again.  When she tried, it would start

interior lights and power door locks don't work. Fuse blew. Replaced
the fuse and it blew right away. Yup, second one did, too.
I haven't done much electrical work on cars, but this scenario seems
bad. is there any thing I can do short (sorry) of tracing the wires

do the typical VW fuel pump relays fit in a standard Bosch relay socket?
 Also, which would be the easiest relay to adapt to a custom
installation?  I'm thinking of adding an electric fuel pump to my
Studebaker for several reasons - first, there's something wrong with my

I was able to get the AMP connector off the cold start valve with a tiny
screwdriver. But others are not so easy. When I tried to get the connector
off the thermo time switch using only my fingers, rotten plastic cracked
away, leaving the wire clip hanging. And I don't have a clue ...

Fellas golfy is coming up to its 60k service. I'm going to be doing it
myself as I want to. The cambelt was done at 32k so won't need touching this
time *amen*

The headliner material in my 05 Jeatta has started shrinking and
pulling away from the headliner in the corners.  Does anyone know
where I can purchase OEM headliner material?
