Since new, my 2007 Passat has creaked when driving slowly over smooth but
undulating surfaces. The creaks come from the body panels (not the dash) and
not just from a single source.

The fabric roof is getting decidedly grubby and a rather tenacious moss is
spreading out under the rear window. Before I attack it with detergents,

blower on my mk4 golf stopped working a few days ago. Switch was on
full speed but no air circulation in the cabin. I've found that after
leaving the car overnight, the blower will then function as normal in

Unfortunately, the R32 and its sonic V6 engine are being dropped due to EU emissions legislation. However, VW will, in spirit, bring it back via an all-wheel-drive R variant called GTI-R.
