Ford is adding two new trim packages to its rugged Super Duty line in 2007.
The new Lariat Highline SuperCab and the Lariat Outlaw CrewCab will join the line of F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, which includes the XL and XLT body styles.
Introduced in 1999, the high-end Lariat has been growing in popularity -- now accounting for more than half of Super Duty sales. And specialty trims like the King Ranch, Harley Davidson and Amarillo editions have built on its success.
Texas is Super Duty Country, popular with its ranchers, farmers and professional rodeo groups -- even equestrian riders take to its stylish blend of rugged power and luxury.
The Lariat Outlaw Package, which runs an extra $1,580, is available with the 6.0-liter diesel engine and includes all Lariat CrewCab standard features, but also unique black and red leather-trimmed Captain's Chairs, brushed aluminum-style door trim, ebony interior accents, differentiated red tapestripe, many exterior body color parts, and numerous other features.
The Lariat Highline Edition, which is an extra $930, includes an all-black interior with a chrome trim package that includes chrome billet-style grille, tow hooks, mirror caps, tubular step bar, chrome exhaust tips, and much more.
