"The Big Three" GM, Toyota and Honda?

The AIADA newsletter reported that automakers released their July U.S. sales numbers yesterday, with Toyota posting an 11.7 percent year-over-year increase, which helped them surpass Ford as the overall No.2 best-selling automaker for the month.
Meanwhile, Honda surpassed Chrysler in July sales for the third highest total, posting an increase of 6 percent from July 2005, reports Automotive News.
Overall, total U.S. auto sales in July totaled 1,493,329 units, down 17.4 percent from July 2005. Year-to-date sales are down 5 percent at 9.87 million units.
